開槽單元SlotterUnit
全電腦伺服調(diào)整，快，準(zhǔn)，穩(wěn)。
壓線軸和開槽刀軸均為優(yōu)質(zhì)鋼，研磨加工，表面鍍硬鉻。
第一壓線輪，經(jīng)預(yù)壓線后的紙板不易壓破。
上壓線輪外表包裹優(yōu)力膠，不損壞紙板。
壓線及預(yù)壓輪調(diào)整間隙采用電腦及電動數(shù)字式控制。
開槽刀軸間隙采用電動調(diào)整，調(diào)整范圍0-12mm。
上刀座與下刀座采用傳動軸聯(lián)動，移動時保持上下刀對準(zhǔn)，延長刀具壽命。
預(yù)壓輪、壓線輪、開槽刀座橫移位置，采用電腦及電動數(shù)字控制。
開槽刀箱高調(diào)整有防碰撞保護裝置，不會損壞機器。
彈性切角刀結(jié)構(gòu)，可切斷三層、五層紙板無需調(diào)整，操作方便。

Creaser shaft and Slotter shaft adopt high quality steel,hard chrome plating,surface grinding.
The cardboard is not easy to be broken after creased by the first creaser wheel.
The upper creaser wheel is wrapped with rubber,avoid to damage the cardboard.
The gap of pre-creaser and creaser wheels adopt computerized and digita control.
The interval of slotter shaft adopt motorized control.the adjustment range is 0 -12mm.
The upper blade tool base and the lower blade tool base adopt the drive shaft linkage, keep the upper and lower blades alignment while moving, and extend the tool life.
Pre-creaser wheel, pre-creaser wheel,creaser wheel and slotter tool base displacement position, adopt computerized and electric digital control. Collision protect device is adopted for slotter blade height,avoid to damage the machine.
Elastic corner cutting blade structure,can cut 3 layers ans 5 layers cardboard without adjustment,easy operation.
